Passive cooling systems use nonmechanical methods to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures and are a key factor in mitigating the impact of buildings on the environment.
Passive cooling seeks to use natural heat flows whenever possible. The purpose of passive cooling is to provide indoor comfort, provide healthy environments while reducing the energy costs associated with cooling thereby eliminating or reducing overall running costs.
